Our In-Home Sales Representatives aka "Design Supervisors" are experienced and driven sales professionals. They work with our clients to clearly understand their wants and needs, then help the customer discover why the "Sierra Pacific Home & Comfort System" is the best solution to their home comfort needs. If you are experienced in sales, enjoy helping clients solve their home comfort problems, want a career, not a job, are self-motivated, dependable, and will follow our defined Sales Process to ensure 100% Client Satisfaction, then we want to hear from you! As a Store Leader, you will have an opportunity for never-ending supply of sales leads. You will be assigned up to 3 home improvement store locations in the Sacramento area that you will focus on for your lead generation. Each location has dozens of associates who are rewarded when they generate leads for you. Each store has thousands of customers a day, it is like a 7-day-a-week home show. Every day the stores send leads to Sierra Pacific, and those leads get assigned to the Store Leader. You will be helping clients upgrade their water quality and water heating systems; we offer a fantastic experience for our clients with friendly technicians that home owners like and trust in their home. Our process of measure twice, cut once insures 100% Customer satisfaction. We pre-site the job before installation to insure a 5-star client experience. You will have the pride of knowing that your clients who trusted you will be very happy and readily provide referrals.
