Parker & Sons is currently seeking a talented Sales Coordinator for our Water sales team, to join comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best vendor experience every day. Our Sales Coodinator will help with the day to day needs of our water department to support and assist in their success. Requirements

  • Strong phone skills and can redirect - keep customers committed and engaged
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, Outlook, Word; can learn our windows-based Service Titan software
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills - assertive as well as easy-going, friendly demeanor that transfers through the phone to the customer
  • Capable of functioning in a rapid-paced environment and prioritizing daily responsibilities
  • Can communicate with a diverse customer base including customers, vendors and coworkers
  • Must be comfortable making, taking & redirecting calls
  • Must be a self-starter that is motivated and can work independently
  • Must ensure customer reporting is completed with accuracy and detail
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access office machinery (copier/printer, etc.)
  • Constantly operates office machinery, such as a computer, phone, copy machine, printer.
  • Constantly communicates with management team and coworkers. Must be able to exchange accurate information.
  • Constantly works in an inside office setting

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Service Titan is a plus, but not required
  • Bi-lingual a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to confirm scheduled sales appointments
  • Take inbound sales calls
  • Customers calling direct
  • Technician leads
  • Schedule and dispatch sales calls in Service Titan
  • Follow up on non-sold jobs
  • Follow up on appointments that need to be rescheduled
  • Handle sales related emails
  • Weekly sales reporting
  • Maintain sales consultant schedules
