What You'll Actually Be Doing As a Water Damage Restoration Technician , you'll respond to residential and commercial water losses and help return properties to safe, dry conditions. This is hands-on, physical work , done as part of a team, with proper equipment and clear direction. You are not expected to know everything on day one . We train the right people. Schedule & Work Expectations (Clear and Honest) Full-time hours with overtime opportunities On-call rotation required Some nights and weekends (this is emergency response work) Local travel only - home most nights If you want a steady paycheck , this role delivers.
