What You'll Actually Be Doing As a Water Damage Restoration Technician, you'll respond to residential and commercial water losses and help return properties to safe, dry conditions. This is hands-on, physical work, done as part of a team, with proper equipment and clear direction. You are not expected to know everything on day one. We train the right people. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work on-call shifts

Nice To Haves

  • Construction, restoration, or trade experience
  • IICRC certifications (or willingness to earn them)
  • Comfort using basic tools and equipment

Responsibilities

  • Perform water extraction, controlled demolition, and cleanup
  • Set, monitor, and remove drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers)
  • Take moisture readings and assist with drying documentation
  • Protect unaffected areas and customer property
  • Load, unload, clean, and maintain equipment and vehicles
  • Keep job sites clean, professional, and safe
