Water Restoration Business Development Manager
About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will foster current relationships with referral sources, find, and create, new relationships with referral sources, communicate with the production team the feedback from our referral sources, share all the great things our production team is doing with our referral sources, attend, fun outings like Golf, Bowling, meet and greets, and lunches with our referral sources Are you a persistent person who will not take “No” for an answer? Do you command a room upon entry? When you talk, do people listen, really listen? Are you independent and outgoing? Are you trustworthy? Can you articulate business value to the owner of a company and foster individual relationships with their staff? Then we’re on the edge of our seat waiting for you to join our team! This role will require travel throughout the North East Metro Atlanta Area.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years experience in water mitigation, water restoration, plumbing tool/supply sales, or related field , with presentable track record of success
- An early riser who is ready to attack the work week
- A STRONG, POSITIVE, AND WINNING attitude and ability to be persistent
- A leader that pushes a team to it's potential
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of technology and computer literacy
- High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Nice To Haves
- Existing relationships with insurance agencies, plumbing or construction trades will set you apart from other candidates
Responsibilities
- Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
- Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
- Meet or exceed designated development targets
- Create and implement an effective development strategies
- Keep track of all client progress through our client relationship management (CRM) program
- Expand the territory over time and recruit additional talent to the team
