About The Position

Under direct supervision, the Water Resources Maintenance Crew Member performs basic maintenance work in the watershed area.

  • Valid Driver's License and ability to maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record.

  • Working towards or completed High School diploma, or GED.
  • No experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Performs basic maintenance work in the watershed area, including fence and road repair, cutting and hauling timber, and clearing spillways and dams of timber and debris.
  • Hikes several miles carrying tools to reach work site locations when necessary.
  • Performs related duties as required to meet the needs of the city.
  • Knows and complies with all city and department policies and participates in professional trainings and development.
