About The Position
AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Water Resources Engineering Intern to join our Atlanta, GA office. YOUR ROLE Assist with hydraulic and drainage design or any other assignments. Assist with and develop plans and drawings, which may include the development of functional, preliminary, Right of Way and final design packages. Assist with the preparation of construction cost estimates. Conduct site visits and collect site information as needed. Perform such other duties as the supervisor may require. Requirements
- Must have completed 60 hours towards a civil engineering degree from an ABET accredited program by the start of the internship (Summer 2026).
- No experience is generally required if accepted into an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program in a related technical field
- Math skills to perform simple calculations; willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation (preferred).
- Experience with ArcGIS and OpenRoads is a plus.
