Requirements

• Currently pursuing a college degree in environmental sciences or an engineering field.
• Candidates must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong detail orientation and ability to organize and prioritize a diverse array of assignments and duties.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently and with a team.
• Enjoys both fieldwork and office work.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred candidate is familiar with AutoCAD and MS Office software.

Responsibilities

• Engineering support could include design, CAD drafting
• GIS processing, project documentation (i.e. report preparation, water quality calculations, drainage area delineations, hydrologic calculations, file organization, etc.)
• construction observation, attendance at client meetings and various project-related tasks.
• Assist staff conducting research.
• Conduct fieldwork on a variety of sites.
• Prepare other project documentation as required.
• Track the processing of incoming and outgoing project documents.
• Assist Project Managers in the management and implementation of various environmental projects.
• Performing other duties as requested.
