From bridge and structural engineering to civil, electrical, mechanical, and process engineering, Kleinfelder's collaborative Design Services create synergy across multiple disciplines. You will have the ability to give back to your community and work on significant projects. The co-op position will last 6 months and start in the fall of 2026. The ideal Water Resources Engineering co-op will contribute to our team-oriented environment by providing engineering planning, design, and construction administration services on a variety of municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is required
Nice To Haves
- experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, and ArcGIS is a plus
Responsibilities
- Designing Water and Sewer Plans and Details
- Performing Hydraulic Calculations and Modeling
- Preparing Contract Drawings and Specifications
- Permitting and Regulatory Compliance
- Writing Technical Reports
- Creating Figures and Maps
- Collecting Data and Performing Field Investigations
- Supporting Bidding and Construction Administration Services
