AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Water Resources Engineer I to join our Water Resources Team. This is an entry-level position. Your role Generally, applies standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria in carrying out sequence of somewhat diversified tasks requiring the use of analysis, interpretation, and deductive reasoning. The Water Resources Group projects range from design of public works flood control infrastructure (regional storm drain, channel, and detention basins), design of gravity systems, roadway drainage design, technical drainage studies, flood studies, floodplain modeling and mapping, hydrologic modeling and master planning, stream stabilization and restoration, dam breach analysis, and drainage improvements to storm drain design.   • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering
  • 0-2 Years of professional experience in a related technical field.
  • Minimal experience is required of incumbents with a Bachelor's Degree in a branch of Engineering directly related to hiring discipline.
  • PC skills required.
  • E.I. or EIT is usually required
  • Design experience and/or field/construction/construction management experience desired but not required
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of the following software desired but not required: AutoCAD, Civil3D, ArcGIS, MicroStation, HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS
