Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
  • Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of IN
  • Proven experience performing hydraulic modeling for bridge and culvert projects, storm sewer design, and other drainage modeling
  • Demonstrated experience working on INDOT projects

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum of twenty (20) or more years of previous experience specializing in highway and transportation planning, design and construction
  • A minimum of ten (10) years project management experience managing highway and transportation projects, including planning, design and construction
  • Knowledgeable in Indiana regional highway/transportation issues and familiarity with the municipal government client base
  • Previous experience in proposal and client management; demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and win project proposals
  • Must reside in the state of Indiana or surrounding areas

Responsibilities
