About The Position
Midwest multi-disciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Senior Water Project Manager to their Naperville Team!
Requirements
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of project management and potable water design experience
- PE License
- Member of a professional and/or technical societies
Responsibilities
- Lead single/multi-disciplined projects including planning, development, and coordination
- Assist with proposal preparation including project plan/approach, staff assignments, fee development and risk assessment
- Review draft agreements and approve scope and fee
- Assign staff to appropriate projects
- Monitor all aspects of project performance including schedule, budget and billings
- Develop QA/QC standards and ensure standards are met through a quality control review
- Mentor/train junior staff
- Attend client and agency meetings on behalf of firm
- Build/maintain client relationships
