The Mitigation Project Manager (PM) oversees all Water, Mold, and Fire Mitigation and Emergency Services projects from initial response through completion. This role combines leadership, project management, and field expertise to ensure timely, high-quality service for customers in need of restoration. The PM is responsible for estimating, technician supervision, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining company profitability. This position includes on-call responsibilities and requires both office and field work. In addition, the PM may support local sales and marketing efforts to strengthen Jenkins Restorations' presence in the community.
