Requirements

Excellent customer service skills
Will need to have the ability to take new losses and dispatch after hours on a rotational basis
Proficient with Google Apps (particularly Sheets)
Familiar with Google Drive
Ability to pass background checks

Nice To Haves

Proficient with Xactimate a plus
Experience with industry specific programs like Restore 365 and DASH a plus

Responsibilities

Schedule appointments for water loss
Create and upload Xactimate estimate
Coordinate with customers, in house technicians, and insurance adjusters throughout entire process
