About The Position

Puragain Water is hiring an experienced and reliable Water Filtration Install Tech to join our growing team. If you're a plumber or plumbing tech who enjoys hands-on work, helping customers, and being part of a fast-moving company, this is the role for you.

As an Install Tech, you'll complete 1–2 residential installations per day, servicing water filtration systems with precision, professionalism, and top-tier customer service. This is a full-time opportunity with solid pay, benefits, and the ability to grow in a recession-resistant industry.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: $55,000–$65,000 per year (based on experience and productivity)

Requirements

• 2+ years of plumbing experience
• Own a reliable truck or van and have tools for the job
• Comfortable with basic plumbing and water filtration installations
• Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver
• Able to work independently and stay organized
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Perform professional installation of water filtration systems in customer homes
• Complete 1–2 installs daily with high attention to quality and safety
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to plumbing and system performance
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners
• Maintain accurate install/service records
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth scheduling and execution
