System Testing & Inspections Perform thorough inspections and testing to ensure safety, water quality, and full code compliance. Repairs & Troubleshooting Diagnose issues, perform common repairs, and resolve problems found during inspections or service calls. Customer Interaction Communicate clearly with homeowners, explain solutions, and deliver a professional, positive experience. Service Calls & Estimates Respond to customer needs and provide accurate estimates for installations and repairs. Service Titan Use Service Titan for scheduling, job management, and customer updates. Safety & Compliance Follow all safety protocols and maintain strict adherence to local plumbing codes. Requirements
- 5+ years of residential plumbing installation experience
- Strong understanding of plumbing practices, soldering, and fixture installation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with plumbing tools, equipment, and materials
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
