Requirements

3+ years of experience in water restoration
2+ IICRC certifications (WRT, AMRT, ASD, HST, FRST)
Strong leadership skills and a team-first attitude
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in physically demanding environments
Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with restoration software (DASH, Matterport) is a plus

Responsibilities

Responding to emergency water/fire damage claims quickly and professionally
Leading the mitigation crew and ensuring all work meets high standards
Overseeing setup and use of restoration equipment (moisture meters, drying systems, extractors, etc.)
Performing demolition, drying, fire/smoke damage cleanup, deodorization, and content restoration
Conducting specialized cleaning in crawl spaces, attics, and other challenging areas
Documenting work thoroughly using DASH, Matterport, and other company software
