Responsibilities

• Drive Growth & Commercial Strategy: Develop and lead the global commercial water solutions’ strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market expansion goals across regions and channels.
• Customer & Market Leadership: Build and sustain high-value relationships with key customers, distributors, representatives, and strategic partners to strengthen market presence and customer success.
• Innovation & Product Pipeline: Partner with Marketing and oversee Sales and Product Development to shape the water solutions roadmap, ensuring strong product-market fit and a robust product pipeline for long-term growth, develop pricing architecture, brand positioning to drive adoption.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Service to ensure scalable execution, quality, and reliable delivery of water solutions.
• Team & Culture Development: Develop and mentor a collaborative, data-driven water solutions team that embodies Antunes’ values, accountability, and customer-first mindset.
