Water and Sewer Senior Program Manager
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the Pipeline Division within the Utility Engineering department at Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department. This role oversees complex capital improvement projects, ensures compliance with regulatory and standards requirements, and drives the successful delivery of water and wastewater pipeline infrastructure. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and high-value projects. It also plays a key role in long-term planning, budget oversight, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Construction Management or related field.
- A minimum of four to eight years of progressively responsible experience in large scale construction management; engineering/architecture project management; contract management; OR water and sewer construction or engineering project management to include three years in a supervisory capacity are required.
