About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Watch Services Support Specialist to support the end-to-end workflow of our watch service center. This position is responsible for managing daily shipping and receiving, conducting quality control checks, evaluating incoming watches for repair, and assisting with data entry and customer estimates. The ideal candidate will bring technical knowledge of watch movements, strong organizational skills, and a team-focused attitude. What you'll do: Receiving – Confirm and open delivered packages, verify watch contents and intake details. Shipping – Prepare and ship completed watches back to customers, ensuring all details are accurate. Quality Control – Verify functionality and completeness of all watch repairs before shipment. Data Entry – Assist with entering watch intake data, customer estimates, and shipping invoices. Estimating – Evaluate incoming watches to determine necessary repairs and communicate required work. Additional Duties – Support special projects and cross-functional tasks as assigned. Consistent, regular attendance is an essential function of this role. What you''ll bring: Education: College degree preferred. Experience: 2+ years hands-on knowledge of mechanical and quartz watch movements is essential. Technical & Soft Skills: Basic computer proficiency required. Ability to use a box cutter and safely handle incoming/outgoing packages. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to adapt to multiple roles including shipping, receiving, estimating, and administrative support.
