Who are we looking for? Our Environmental team is seeking a motivated Waste Program Manager to support the delivery of waste management programs and exceptional client service across our region. In this role, you will lead the development of proposals and cost estimates, manage day-to-day client engagement, and ensure programs are executed in full compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. You'll oversee project data analysis and reporting, supervise and mentor staff, and coordinate critical activities such as contractor oversight, scheduling, inspections, vendor selection, and documentation. This position also plays a key role in managing budgets, invoicing, tracking client performance metrics, and supporting regional and contractor operations.
