Essential Functions: Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission Washes and cleans machines and equipment Inspects and performs check-out and check-in procedures Documents equipment condition before and after utilization Assists with routine inspections, minor repairs, and general maintenance Maintains equipment inventory systems per standard operating procedures Assists with equipment demonstrations and loading and unloading of equipment Requires regular and punctual employee attendance Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
• First-class attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
• Quality control analysis skills - Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance
• Operation and control skills - Controlling operations of equipment or systems
• Equipment selection skills - Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job
• The ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle to exact positions
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in mechanical repair
• The ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects
• The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing
• The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One or more years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is preferred
