Responsibilities

• Inspect precision parts to ensure quality and accuracy
• Wash and prepare parts following established processes (no oil, tarnish, or water spots!)
• Operate our laser marking equipment to apply precise, consistent markings
• Package parts according to posted procedures and work instructions
• Keep accurate documentation of shift activity, inventory, and production logs
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support smooth shift-to-shift transitions
