Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or warranty role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to walk job sites, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Complete warranty repairs and general home repair in occupied homes, ensuring high-quality workmanship and a positive homeowner experience.
• Conduct on-site inspections for assigned warranty items and 11-month walkthroughs, noting any issues and reporting findings to the Warranty Manager.
• Document all completed work and update the warranty tracking system with accurate notes, photos, and status updates.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners , providing updates, answering questions, and representing the company with care and respect.
• Identify repeat or recurring issues in the field and share feedback with the construction and warranty teams to help prevent future claims.
• Maintain knowledge of building materials and warranty standards and follow all jobsite safety protocols.
