About The Position

Respond to homeowner inquiries regarding warranty coverage.
Conduct site inspections to identify problems.
Troubleshoot and repair leaks and defects.
Perform tasks such as rough and finish carpentry, painting, and staining.
Coordinate repairs with subcontractors.
Maintain model homes and RediHomes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years experience in construction or a related field is required.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
• Good communication skills
• Reliable
• Punctual
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to follow instructions
• A strong work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel to job sites, inspect completed work and traverse uneven and/or graded terrain.
• Medium physical exertion (i.e. lifting up to 50lbs) may be required

Nice To Haves

• Associate's Degree in Construction or Trades preferred but not required.
