About The Position
The Seasonal Finance Representative will serve to support Finance Department initiatives, needs, and functions. This seasonal position will provide administrative support to the Finance team. This position will also aid the warehouse teams, with monitoring and assisting on return filing or aged inventory. The role requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills to help ensure administrative effectiveness and efficiency in supporting Johnstone Supply. The Warranty Support Representative will join our mission to “Make the Tech in the Truck More Efficient” and embrace our vision to “Enhance Lives Through Solutions.”
Requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to manage priorities effectively and prioritizes tasks based on importance
- Ability to conduct essential business math functions of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and percentages
- Entry Level Position
- General knowledge of computer systems and the HVAC industry
Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting with branch warranty claims via Eclipse or Warranty Express Portal
- Supports customers and co-workers by actively participating in inbound phone and responding to e-mails in timely fashion
- Responsible for assisting co-workers and customers with questions and processes
- Monitors and assists branches with discrepancies, while creating necessary Purchase Orders
