About The Position

Join Our Team as a Product Support – Warranty Representative Knoxville, TN | On-site | M–F 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Do you know your way around skid steers, tractors, or compact construction equipment? Do you enjoy troubleshooting problems and helping customers get back to work quickly? Blue Diamond Attachments is looking for a Product Support – Warranty Representative to support our dealers and customers when equipment needs attention. This role combines mechanical knowledge, customer service, and problem-solving to keep our products — and our reputation — running strong.

Requirements

  • Experience with compact construction equipment (CCE) such as skid steers, tractors, or mini excavators
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent phone communication and customer service skills
  • Organized and comfortable managing documentation and warranty processes
  • Familiar with Salesforce or CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted resource for warranty claims, troubleshooting, and parts support
  • Communicate with dealers, customers, and internal teams to resolve product issues
  • Process warranty claims, RMAs, supplier claims, and credits
  • Document issues clearly with photos, notes, and product details
  • Use Salesforce to track interactions and manage follow-up
  • Build deep knowledge of Blue Diamond products and attachments
