The Warranty Service Specialist is responsible for coordinating post-production services, processing customer service requests, and managing communication between customers, dealers, and internal teams. This role requires a personable and detail-oriented individual who can effectively handle service logistics, manage Salesforce cases, and ensure accuracy in customer and compliance records. The Service Specialist acts as a central point of contact for customer correspondence and plays a key role in supporting Staccato’s reputation for exceptional service and reliability.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Salesforce is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook) is required

Nice To Haves

  • Prior customer service experience will be beneficial
  • Epicor and SFC experience will be beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Process Salesforce cases for service and maintenance plan purchases
  • Work directly with dealer/customer facing teams and Ecommerce personnel to coordinate post-production services
  • Facilitate logistics surrounding certified pre-owned product
  • Direct communication with customers surrounding requested services and/or maintenance
  • Communicating with customer facing teams to provide updates on services
  • Helping to provide tech support for dealer/ customer facing departments
  • Operating in various systems to update case information and support material control/ compliance
