About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Warranty Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from third-party warranty providers, offering tech support, and assisting in-field service technicians. You will also review and process service requests, track the timely ordering of parts, and follow up with Customer Experience to ensure efficient and effective service completion. Ultimately, you will be working closely with our service partners and internal parts team to build strong relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Appliance repair experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great organizational and follow-up skills
  • Literacy with Mac OS computer systems
  • Familiarity with the Google Suite (ie. Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Service Partners
  • Dedicated to being a forever learner of Product Knowledge (We create new skus every day!)
  • Ability to go above and beyond what is asked of you

Nice To Haves

  • Appliance repair experience preferred
