About The Position

Chesapeake Plumbing & Heating Inc.,an award-winning company recognized as a 2018 Top Workplace for Delaware, has an immediate opening for a Warranty/Service Plumber who specializes and has extensive warranty experience. The right individual will be an experienced Warranty/Service Plumber with the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations with strong written and verbal communication. They will be able to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities, with proven ability to work independently. They would excel in a very fast paced environment and be able to work under pressure. Must be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service. Must be willing and able to work in a variety of extreme weather conditions. Able to work well in an environment of constant changes, and have a “no excuses, make it happen” attitude. Requirements

Experience in the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of plumbing systems including but not limited to:
Extensive warranty experience ( required)
Tank-less Water Heaters (Gas & Electric)
Toilets
Drain Cleaning & Diagnosis
Faucets
Water Lines
Well Diagnostic & Repair
Troubleshooting of common plumbing problems
