About The Position

The Warranty Representative is responsible for processing and completing warranty and repairs while navigating multiple product lines, client scenarios and warranty procedures. You are responsible for providing quality services and solutions to our internal and external clients while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required.
  • Up to 1 year of related experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills, ability to actively listen to others, demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills with internal clients.
  • Ability to manage emotions; to be able to think clearly and objectively, and to act accordingly. Ability to manage emotions; to stay calm and willing to assist when faced with an unexpected situation.
  • Dedicated to the challenge of helping other people and displays a genuinely positive attitude and excitement for individual work, department, and company.
  • Knowledge of business collaboration tools including MS Office applications and company specific programs.
  • Excellent organizational and time/task management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and operate with changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner with minimal direction.
  • Demonstrate accuracy, organization, and thoroughness; Look for ways to improve and promote quality; Apply feedback to improve performance; Monitor own work to ensure quality.

Responsibilities

  • Secure warranty with various manufacturers and vendors to obtain credit for defective product, working with both internal and external clients.
  • Quote and process out-of-warranty repairs with our clients and vendors.
  • Complete warranty-related invoices and credits – resolving price/quantity discrepancies.
  • Work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment – managing various commitments.
  • Perform physical and electronic inventory movement including transfers and adjustments; understanding average cost pools.
  • Handle incoming phone calls on returns Automatic Call Distributor (ACD) line with internal and external clients and vendors.
  • Ability to compile reporting using Excel and internal programs.
  • Attend required company and departmental meetings.
  • Act in accordance with Marco policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
