Your Opportunity: The Herff Jones Customer Service team is looking for a Warranty Customer Service Clerk to join our HJ Family. Here's How You Will Make an Impact: This position includes responsibility for the processing of ring repairs from HJ Sales Partners and customers and insuring the completeness, timeliness and correctness of orders through Data Processing. What You Will Do On A Daily Basis: At Herff Jones we may have been around for 100 years, but we still have the mentality of a scrappy startup. As we see it for right now, however, here are the challenges that we want you to tackle:

Requirements

  • High school diploma/ GED equivalent suggested.
  • Ability to read and write in English is required.
  • Strong communication skills: Communicating effectively with others to help identify and resolve any needs of the customer & partners.
  • Excellent organizational and record keeping skills are critical.
  • Proficient computers skills
  • Ability to establish priorities and work independently.
  • Ability to walk around the office and through the factory briskly.
  • Squatting, bending and lifting no more than 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries for warranty department
  • Answering Zendesk ticket inquiries within KPI expectations
  • Opening warranty packages from customer
  • Inputting warranty customer information into Zendesk upon receiving
  • Editing of Hardcopies for production team to receive
  • Monitoring of repair matrix locations
  • Data entry for rings needing repair
  • Data entry for rings needing to be remade
