Join a family-oriented company that values personal and professional growth. We are currently seeking Warranty Booker to join our Ed Morse team. Responsibilities The Warranty Booker is responsible for ensuring accurate repair Information and charges billed out on Repair Orders The position is full time with a varying schedule Assist Service Advisors/Managers with closing of open repair orders, and assist Technicians with booking questions Assist management with special projects, audits, and reports Perform booking of warranty, internal, and customer pay labor operations and times on each repair order generated Create and apply purchase orders as needed for both internal and retail sub-contractors Organizing and filing Repair Order documentation in appropriate files Ensure all corresponding parts, labor and applicable charges are billed out on the repair order Verify appropriate documentation is attached and completed Verify repair orders are accurate and complete Close repair orders in a timely fashion Other administrative support duties as assigned Qualifications Must be able to multi-task Must be detail oriented Previous experience in computer required, CDK experience a plus Dependable and punctual Why Ed Morse?
