Symbotic is seeking a Warranty Administrator responsible for end-to-end administration of warranty claims, including claim intake, validation, coordination with internal teams and suppliers, and claim closure. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective cross-functional communication, and the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously while ensuring compliance with warranty policies and contractual agreements. The Warranty Administrator is part of the Service Operations organization and supports warranty and post-system delivery service activities across customer sites. This role works cross-functionally with external customers and internal business functions, including Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Finance, and Customer Operations, to ensure timely claim resolution, accurate cost recovery, and consistent application of warranty policies and contractual obligations.
