Holman has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team! If you have experience handling warranty claims or have knowledge of warranty processes, we’d love to hear from you! Experience with multiple brands, particularly luxury or ultra-luxury vehicles, is highly preferred. Pay starting at $24/hour, based on experience. 100% remote work—enjoy the flexibility of working from the comfort of your own home. Monday to Friday schedule Previous warranty administration or service consultant experience is required. As a Warranty Administrator, you will handle a wide range of administrative and service support duties related to vehicle warranties for multiple ultra-luxury brands across multiple locations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 1 year of relevant experience (or a combination of education and experience).
  • Previous warranty administration or service consultant experience is required.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with a calm and composed demeanor, even under pressure.
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong computer and internet skills.
  • Highly professional and dependable with the ability to operate independently in a fully remote position.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with multiple brands, particularly luxury or ultra-luxury vehicles, is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the dealership is paid for all warranty work by booking, flagging, and submitting warranty claims accurately and on time.
  • Review every warranty repair order for completeness, accuracy, and legibility, in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Define the scope of a warranty claim by effectively communicating with service advisors and technicians.
  • Implement a follow-up process to guarantee full compensation for the dealership and technicians on all claims.
  • Handle returned, adjusted, or rejected claims, and track them until fully resolved.
  • Resolve and manage claim corrections and chargebacks as needed.
  • Keep up to date on all factory recalls, announcements, and procedures.
  • Maintain customer and service records according to warranty repair manuals.
  • Foster positive relationships with service and parts departments across multiple locations.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
