We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Warranty Administrator to join our team! This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all warranty activities across the Aftermarket operation. In this role, you will partner closely with Aftermarket leaders and OEM partners to ensure warranty processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company and manufacturer standards. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, ownership, and the ability to lead warranty administration efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in business administration or equivalent combination of education and related work experience required
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in warranty administration required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal team members
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and guide Aftermarket leaders in the daily management of warranty work orders
  • Produce, maintain, and distribute the weekly warranty scorecard
  • File, track, and invoice warranty claims with OEM partners
  • Establish, document, and continuously improve warranty procedures and best practices
  • Collaborate with Aftermarket leaders to enhance processes and conduct training for team members as needed
  • Partner with OEMs to ensure alignment with manufacturer standards and requirements
  • Support safety program coordination efforts
  • Other duties as assigned
