About The Position

Koch Air is looking for a Warranty Administrator! Key Responsibilities Process customer warranty claims (SCAs) and submit to Carrier for credit. Issue customer credits upon confirmation of Carrier credit. Communicate warranty claim status and resolve disputes with customers and Carrier. Research and respond to customer warranty questions and concerns. Ensure claims are administered according to company and Carrier guidelines. Train customers and team members on warranty processes. Support company policies, values, and strategic initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma with 3+ years of work experience (HVAC industry preferred) OR 2 years of college with 1–2 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry systems.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a responsive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to use a PC and standard office equipment for extended periods.
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
