Koch Air is looking for a Warranty Administrator! Key Responsibilities Process customer warranty claims (SCAs) and submit to Carrier for credit. Issue customer credits upon confirmation of Carrier credit. Communicate warranty claim status and resolve disputes with customers and Carrier. Research and respond to customer warranty questions and concerns. Ensure claims are administered according to company and Carrier guidelines. Train customers and team members on warranty processes. Support company policies, values, and strategic initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned.
