In this role, you will manage the processing and administration of warranty claims to ensure accuracy and timely reimbursement. You will serve as a key liaison between customers, service departments, and manufacturers, helping to resolve warranty-related issues efficiently and professionally. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
  • Previous experience in warranty administration or automotive service environment is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and ability to learn manufacturer warranty systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in warranty administration or automotive service environment is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Review and process warranty claims submitted by service technicians and customers
  • Verify warranty coverage and approve claims within company and manufacturer guidelines
  • Communicate with manufacturers and suppliers regarding warranty claim status and discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of warranty transactions and submit reports as required
  • Assist service and sales teams with warranty-related inquiries and issues
  • Stay updated on warranty policies and procedures from manufacturers and industry standards
