Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world. Life Cycle Engineering is seeking a Warfighter Interface Team Member. In this role, you will utilize your existing technical expertise to work independently and efficiently, executing your responsibilities to meet customer objectives. This position will be on-site based out of Tucson, Arizona.

Requirements

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 5 years experience.
  • Experience as a fighter pilot and/or weapon system officer.
  • Active and transferrable final U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start.
  • US citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

  • Experience delivering engaging, high-quality instruction to students in in-person formats.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite of tools.
  • Previous military experience.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently by proactively arranging travel and training sessions.
  • Strong multitasking skills to handle dynamic and adapt to the needs of different users.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with Government and contractor teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide CONUS and OCONUS academic training in system capabilities to mixed audiences of warfighters, Government personnel, and contractors
  • Facilitate and participate in large scale academic training events.
  • Facilitate and lead smaller scale academic training events.
  • Work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment with dynamic priorities and shifting priorities.
  • Use MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for project planning, reporting, and presentation creation.
  • Foster collaboration across Government and contractor team boundaries to ensure the successful accomplishment of program goals.
  • Prepare and deliver written reports and briefings to communicate project progress and updates effectively.
  • Manage and integrate project cost, schedule, and progress using Earned Value Management or Risk and Opportunity management methodologies.
  • Foreign and Domestic travel – up to 40%
