About The Position

The Interface Technician is responsible for supporting internal and external customers with EMR and PMS interfaces so they can accomplish their business tasks.

Requirements

  • An Associate's degree is required or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two to four years of prior job-related experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provides first-level responsive help desk support.
  • Receives, prioritizes, documents and resolves customer requests using Freshdesk and other company provided tools.
  • Identifies and resolves interface connectivity issues.
  • Maintains Interface Troubleshooting Wiki.
  • Responsible for existing interface upgrades and reinstalls.
  • Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the industry's best security practices and regulatory guidelines to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected health information and other sensitive company data.
  • Must be familiar with and abide by the Corporate Compliance Program and all Corporate policies, including the Privacy and Security policies.
  • Work with other departments within PathGroup and subsidiaries.
