Requirements

• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) preferred or required (depending on role)
• Experience in warehouse work, construction, or equipment installation is a plus
• Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) and perform physical labor
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed
• Willingness to travel to different job sites (if applicable)

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience installing pallet racking systems or warehouse shelving
• Background in construction, carpentry, or industrial assembly
• OSHA certification (a plus but not required)

Responsibilities

• Install warehouse racking systems and industrial storage equipment
• Assemble large metal shelving units and structural components
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Transport materials and equipment using CDL-certified vehicles (when required)
• Load and unload materials in warehouse and job site environments
• Follow blueprints, layouts, and installation instructions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
