Job Summary: Reporting to the Warehouse Leader, person helps where is needed in warehouse. May be responsible to drive TSI truck, assist with receiving duties, loads and unloads trucks and performs other warehouse related activities as required. The idea candidate will have prior warehouse experience to include shipping and receiving activities, pulling orders and building pallets, ability to operate a forklift and/or hand truck as well as warehouse management system experience. Second Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Duties/Responsibilities: To Be… Punctual, cooperative, dependable, and able to take direction. Select orders manually and by forklift. Load and unload trucks manually and by forklift. Provide customer satisfaction to walk-ins. Load or assist customers in loading their truck. Drive TSI vehicles to local or out of town customers to make deliveries. Electronically scans product and puts product in proper bin location. Package and ship items for UPS. Backup receiving function. Maintain good housekeeping in warehouse (sweeping, etc.). Stock shelves with incoming product. Perform cycle count and forward any inventory discrepancies to warehouse manager. Promotes and maintains a flexible cooperative, positive, team oriented attitude with and between departments and end users. Ensures timely, accurate, proper records, files, data bases, etc. are developed and maintained for assigned areas of responsibility. Open and willing to perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: High School diploma. 2-3 years of CDL Class B driving experience. 2-3 years of warehouse experience including forklift Possess and maintain required and/or valid licenses /certifications as well as pass driving, drug/alcohol tests per DOT and/or Company requirements. Required Skills/Abilities: Must be a self-starter and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to operate a variety of material handling equipment such as forklift, scanners, and PCs. Work as a team member in a safe manner.
