Pay $18.00 - $22.00hr plus great benefits! Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm Friday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse/Forklift Driver to join our team. This role supports daily warehouse operations and may include responsibilities in shipping, receiving, order selection, inventory handling, and equipment operation. Machine shop experience is a plus, as this position may also assist with basic machining tasks such as reading precision measuring tools and reconditioning flywheels.

Requirements

  • Up to 1 year of work-related experience.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Basic messages are communicated orally. May write brief messages and keep simple records.
  • Problems encountered are simple, repetitive, and generally solved by clear directions and procedures.
  • Follows standard procedures with no decision-making involved.
  • Uses guidance/guidelines provided by supervisor/manager.
  • Assignments/priorities provided by supervisor/manager.
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Warehouse, or similar, work environment, prior PIT (forklift, order picker, etc) experience.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and put away inbound product to designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick/pull the correct product from assigned locations and deliver to staging areas or delivery trucks.
  • Operate manual and powered equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.
  • Process and prepare orders for shipment, including packing and labeling as needed.
  • Sort, organize, and place parts or supplies on racks, shelves, or in bins following established sequences.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and housekeeping of assigned work areas.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Assist with basic machine shop duties as needed.
  • Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify part specifications.
  • Recondition Used Flywheel Housing, Front Covers, Oil Pan, etc., to like-new condition following proper shop procedures and safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.
