SUMMARY: We are seeking experienced Cherry Picker Operators to support our manufacturing warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working at heights in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Requirements

• Cherry picker experience required
• Reach truck and stand-up forklift experience required
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or food distribution strongly preferred
• Knowledge of GMP and food safety practices
• Comfortable working at heights and in cold or temperature-controlled environments (if applicable)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Operate cherry pickers to pick and store food products at various rack heights
• Safely operate reach trucks and stand-up forklifts in narrow aisles
• Pick, stage, and transport raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
• Maintain product integrity (proper handling, labeling)
• Load and unload pallets accurately while preventing product damage
• Perform inventory checks and assist with cycle counts
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report issues immediately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitation-compliant warehouse
