About The Position

We Ship Express, LLC is a growing warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics company that has operations located nationwide. About the Position This entry level part-time seasonal warehouse position will perform tasks including: picking, packing, box making, palletizing, material handling, cross dock, and quality assurance. This seasonal position is expected to last through mid-January 2026. Candidates must be available to work day shifts on Thursdays and Fridays from 9 am- 6pm.

Requirements

• One to two years related warehouse experience or equivalent preferred
• Familiarity with shipping practices and handling methods preferred
• Forklift experience a plus but not required
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and a willingness to learn
• Commitment to excellence and high standards
• Flexible
• Attention to detail
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

Responsibilities

• Performs quality inspections on outgoing shipments
• Picks, packs, and handles materials for orders
• Processes all packages for shipments to include packaging, labeling, stacking, and palletizing
• Maintains a safe, clean working environment
• Participates in quality improvement processes
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management
