About The Position

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Warehouse/Transportation Specialist to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately managing confidential customer materials within the record center (70% of duties) and providing driving support as needed (30% of duties). Your commitment to secure handling and inventory accuracy is critical to safeguarding what our customers value most.

Requirements

A valid Driver’s License or the ability to obtain one, is required due to the driving duties associated with this role.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail, coupled with basic computer proficiency and knowledge of industry tools/equipment.
Proven ability to perform all physical requirements, including repetitive lifting up to 60 pounds, and performing repetitive motions like climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, and pulling.
High School diploma or equivalent with strong English reading, writing, and communication skills, and the ability to work independently with limited instruction.

Responsibilities

Process and fulfill customer orders to accurately scan carton barcodes and locations, retrieving and returning secure storage boxes (approximately 200 daily) for shelving or destruction.
Support transportation needs by safely operating a vehicle when required, ensuring the secure transport of materials to and from client/Iron Mountain locations.
Manage all physical logistics within the center, including bin tipping, loading/unloading trailers, moving, weighing, sorting, and disassembling items, while safely operating all necessary tools and equipment.
Ensure compliance by maintaining a clean, safe work environment and rigorous security of all customer information and assets within the warehouse.
