About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Translator fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English to support daily operations. This role is essential in ensuring clear communication between management and warehouse staff. The ideal candidate will help bridge language gaps, improve workflow efficiency, and maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in translation or interpretation preferred.
• Experience working in a warehouse or industrial environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in translation.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the warehouse for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time verbal translation between Chinese/Mandarin and English for warehouse staff and management.
• Translate written materials such as safety guidelines, training manuals, work instructions, and internal communications.
• Assist supervisors in communicating tasks, schedules, and performance expectations to staff.
• Support onboarding and training of new employees by translating instructions and policies.
• Ensure accurate communication of safety procedures and compliance standards.
• Attend meetings and translate discussions as needed.
• Help resolve misunderstandings or conflicts caused by language barriers.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
