About The Position

We are seeking a Warehouse Training & Development Coach to support our warehouse operations teams by delivering hands-on training, onboarding new hires, and supporting the growth and development of warehouse associates. This role focuses on day-to-day coaching, process training, and reinforcing consistent standards across our facilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in training, coaching, or warehouse operations.
  • Experience delivering training in group or one-on-one settings.
  • Prior warehouse, distribution, retail, manufacturing, hospitality, or similar hands-on environment experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work closely with associates at all levels in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite.
  • Ability to travel to our distribution facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on training in core warehouse functions, including picking, packing, receiving, and shipping.
  • Deliver group and one-on-one training sessions to help associates build confidence and consistency in their roles.
  • Support warehouse managers by assisting with training needs assessments and maintaining training schedules.
  • Track new hire progress, follow up on training milestones, and ensure onboarding procedures are completed correctly.
  • Help maintain training materials, job aids, SOPs, and other support documents (no formal curriculum design required).
  • Assist with introducing new e-learning content and coordinating external training resources as needed.
  • Provide regular training updates and basic metrics to warehouse leadership and HR (e.g., completions, progress updates, training hours).
  • Support basic leadership and communication skills training for frontline team leads and supervisors.
