About The Position

Do you have years of experience working at a warehouse distribution center and using equipment such as a high-lift, electric pallet jack, and warehouse management system? Do you feel fulfilled when helping others and teaching them new skills? Have you been successful in training new hires and have the successfully and safely meet or exceed performance requirements? Location: Ephrata, PA (on-site) Schedule: 1st Shift - Monday through Friday (w eekends, if needed) What you get to do   Set an example that is consistent with the Core Values of Four Seasons Produce, Inc. Facilitate classroom and on-the-job training Certify associates on material handling equipment and systems Train on safety and operational guidelines, sharing best practices, demonstrating proper technique Administer written examinations and operational skills tests to determine competence Conduct food and work safety compliance training Prepare new hires to reach productivity standards necessary for their role Identify training gaps and offer suggestions to improve the quality and effectiveness of the training program Report on individual's training progress and escalate concerns Assist the Operations Team when required. What you bring   High School Diploma or equivalency Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience Certification on warehouse equipment including pallet jack, pacer, and high lift. Flexibility is required to allow for conducting and providing training across multiple shifts. Bilingual (English and Spanish) communication skills preferred, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization Ability to act as a collaborative Team Member and influence change. This is a full-time position. Trainers who do not meet the performance requirements within the probation period may be able to transition into a production role as a Warehouse Generalist or order selector. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
  • Certification on warehouse equipment including pallet jack, pacer, and high lift.
