About The Position

This role at doTERRA supports its department by training new hires, cross-training existing employees, and managing the continuous training program. The trainer will also be involved in developing training materials and standard operating procedures. doTERRA encourages employee growth and career development within the company.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to effectively train and coach using varying resources
Demonstrate subject master on current department processes
Intermediate knowledge of Warehouse Management Software (WMS)
Basic knowledge of SAP software
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (MS)
Outgoing personality that promotes energy and positivity
Ability to communicate effectively with groups, individuals, and management
Punctuality and time management are important during work hours

Nice To Haves

SOP/ Work Instruction creation experience preferred
Hands-on process training experience preferred

Responsibilities

All Warehouse Associate responsibilities
Train new employees to the department
Act as a mentor to the department on continuous training
Train associates who are cross–training in the department
Track and take responsibility of the training process, assuring everyone has received all trainings in the prescribed timeline
Create & update SOPs and work instructions as processes change
Work with the Team Lead and Supervisor, to audit performance of the team to make sure expectations are being met and coached on any shortcomings
Help develop and keep up to date the department training program
Drive a customer service mind set from day one
Identify and suggest process improvement changes
Be an ambassador of the dōTERRA culture at all times
